Kolene has been supplying cleaning processes to the aerospace fastener market for many years. These processes are used to remove forming lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and organic lubricants from titanium and alloy fasteners. These processes are also effective in removing and/or conditioning surface oxidation which may develop during warm and hot forming operations.

Processes which operate in the range of 400°F – 750°F are available.
